Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada, UK, EU: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year).

Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking may take 2–4 days to update in the system.

Customs & Duties

  • CozyLab is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs in your country.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond 30 business days, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Holiday Notice

  • During Q4 (November–December), shipping may take longer due to peak carrier demand. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
